Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including PIN code, contact number, and delivery address. House of Barsana will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video to help us resolve the issue promptly.
