Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds solely because you change your mind, no longer need the product, or prefer a different colour or style after delivery. Please review the product photographs, descriptions, specifications, and included items carefully before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

This policy does not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law. If the product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised or agreed, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the return and refund required by applicable law. Any replacement or alternative resolution will be discussed with you.

Minor differences in how colours appear on a screen or natural fabric variations do not automatically indicate a defect. However, this does not exclude a claim where the product is materially different from its description.

How to report an issue

1. Email Houseofbarsana@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photographs of the product and packaging where available. An unboxing video can help but is not a mandatory condition for exercising statutory rights.
3. Keep the product and packaging available for inspection where reasonably possible. Avoid further use or alteration while the issue is being reviewed.
4. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. We will explain the return arrangements and any applicable shipping responsibility.

Please report issues promptly so we can investigate effectively. This request does not impose a deadline that removes your legal rights.

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved or otherwise due under applicable law, we will communicate the amount, refund method, and processing estimate. Refunds will ordinarily be sent to the original payment method where supported. Bank or payment-provider processing may affect when the credit appears.

This policy does not limit remedies for other circumstances covered by applicable law.

If you are unsure about a saree's fabric, dimensions, colour, blouse piece, or finishing, please contact us before placing your order. The details on the individual product listing determine what is included.

We may update this policy. The policy communicated when you placed your order applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
